      - after training, majority of the work is done online - salary is based on assessment of performance, less likely to have favoritism for increased pay - work is mostly flexible, no need to time in or time out, but 2-5PM is time set for meeting usually

      Cons

      - Can be affected by US operations, temporarily had to stop assessments because of US funding being cut
