      Leadership is supportive and approachable. There's a lot of opportunity for growth and the company encourages people to develop their skills and take on new challenges.

      Cons

      The environment is very fast paced and frequent changes can sometimes make it hard to keep up.

      Pros

      Joining at a time of change and growth in the right direction is really exciting. Great team environment and structure. The benefits are incredible. I love that we have a 401K that actually gives us earnings.

      Would love to have Company Wide meeting.
