Pros
- The bar is set high related to the ambition & quality of work (AI in the grocery space). - Everyone works virtually from home, yet you get the sense of strong camaraderie and excitement to contribute on a daily basis. - There is real diversity in every sense of the word at Birdzi. Further, diversity of thought is encouraged and I haven't seen instances of herd mentality. - The leadership team is visionary, yet humble. They genuinely care for you at an individual level and encourage the best out of you.
Cons
- The virtual model of an exponential organization has its pros and cons. Pros: you work from home, have a collaborative culture and hire the best talent. Cons: it isn't possible to meet or work together. Pick your preference.

Small but supportive team, you could always get great support and feedback from other team members when needed.

Team size might be too small so lack of good structure
