Pros
There have been a lot of changes during my three year employment at BitTitan. Some of those changes have been painful, but we are undoubtedly moving in the right direction. Our executive team has never been better. And our product roadmap is getting more and more solid.
Cons
If you don't like change or are uncomfortable working for a fast moving company, BitTitan is not the right place for you. You will not succeed if you cannot pivot quickly and adjust to changing expectations.
