The variety of projects here keeps things fresh — you’re never stuck doing the same thing over and over. Management is genuinely approachable. You can walk up (or message) without layers of bureaucracy. Lots of opportunities to learn new tech and sharpen your skills — if you’re curious, you’ll thrive here. Flexible work culture and a friendly team that has your back when deadlines get tough.
Cons
When multiple client deadlines overlap, work can get intense — coffee becomes your best friend. Some processes could be more structured to make life easier, especially as we grow. Client dependencies sometimes push timelines last-minute, which can disrupt planning.

Many projects to work on and a lot to learn. You get to choose and work on different technology stacks. Informal/ semi-formal environment. Decent pay.
Cons
Initial pay might be a little less for someone who has moved from outside the city. But gets better later on.
