      An open business mentality: you will be informed about each step in the company both at business and team level. - Freedom to take control of your goals and career path. - Big support and guidance from managers. - A fantastic and supportive team. - The possibility of working with people from all over the world. - Flexible working hours and chances for working remotely. - Academic benefits for English, workshops, master degree. - Food, snacks, outdoor activities, team building plans, etc.

      Cons

      You need to learn advanced technologies fast. - You need to take control over your work. Nobody will tell you what do you have to do, you are your own manager in your daily work. So if you are not used to be self-sufficient your experience here can be hard. - High-level managers are not accessible all the time. - Depending on your role, you will need to coordinate with coworkers in different time zones, which can imply the need to extend a bit your working day.
