      For me Blazent was a great technical experience; also we were a very tight team.

      Very good working conditions; very good salary; very interesting technology; good job responsibility; great team, a lot of friends.

      Cons

      Business was not so good in 2007/2008 and they switched from software R&D to more BI customization. Bucharest office was R&D and finally closed. Starting with 2007 was a lack of internal career opportunities.
