      Pros

      Leadership team before acquisition - strong with purpose and intent with their employees and business.

      Cons

      Acquisition with loss of employee investment and appreciation moved changed it to a company no one liked working for anymore.

      Pros

      A good place to work. One big family. Some don't like it because you have to stay on the phone all day. But that is what the job is.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's a lot of work and no one around to help if you find yourself with a member who wants to talk to a supervisor.
