Pros

The work environment is excellent, the team is very collaborative, and there’s strong leadership within the engineering department. People are always willing to help, which makes day-to-day work really enjoyable.

Cons

Some parts of the legacy code are not well documented, which can make it harder to understand certain flows. There’s also some technical debt, but efforts are already in place to improve it.

Pros

—It's a fully-remote company—really great option for flexibility. —Unlimited PTO, and they mean it. —They offer a monthly stipend for insurance through an ICHRA. —They really believe in what they are doing. They don't just say something to swoon people—they live it. They want to change the world and create new possibilities. —Everyone in every department is extremely helpful. —The company values seem to flow through the veins of most if not all of the employees. —Onboarding is great. HR/IT made getting started simple. —Management really cares about your development as an individual. I don't feel like I'm "just another employee." —Great company culture

Cons

—Remote work causes some silos that are sometimes difficult to counteract. —The software iterations are slower than preferred, especially by users but also by employees. We want the product to rival our competitors and lead our space. —BYOD (bring your own device). I don't mind using my own device, but would preferred having company-provided devices.
