Pros
- What makes a job great is the people you work with. Bloomy has an amazing team of smart, motivated employees. I learned a huge amount from my colleagues. - Variety of work. Bloomy develops systems for an extremely wide range of companies and industries. Projects typically last a few weeks to a few months so you never get bored. Great for engineers with ADD (i.e. most of us) - Excellent benefits - comparable with much larger companies. - Business ethics: Bloomy consistently treats its employees, customers, and business partners honestly and fairly. The management team goes the extra mile to do the right thing.
Cons
- Not really a con, but Bloomy is a small company so you need to be willing to help out wherever you can even if its a little out of your comfort zone. Engineers sometimes help with sales, recruiting, trade shows, etc. - Occasionally some long hours.
