blu Logistics is the ideal place for people who have passion for their work and the desire to make an impact in their careers and on the world. I highly recommend blu to anyone who is interested in logistics industry. They offer great welfare packages and competitive salary. You will learn a lot!

Pros

Blu is a great place to work at. The management team cares and the employee benefits are great. Very collaborative environment. If you enjoy learning and growth this company will be a great place for you to work at.

Cons

Blu has had some bumpy times under previous management. The new management team has turned the company around with a priority in improving all processes and increasing employee satisfaction.

Pros

Lots of positive momentum since management changed in 2018. Some great new people have joined and it feels like we are moving forwards quickly. I like the openness to hiring more young people with a positive attitude
