Management. Constant turn over, relationship managers who do not understand relationships, managers in senior positions that are unable to manage up. Verbally committed to standardization and a product oriented mentality. Their actions show a strong commitment to customization. The Customer Success role is touted as Single Point of contact for the customer relationship however it is more or less a dumping ground and is consistently undermined by management. Finally... this isn't a customer success role. It is a TAM role with handcuffs.
