Pros
After eight years with Blue Coat the positive side heavily outweighs the negative. There has been a steady stream of improvements over the last couple of years which makes me very confident that the company is on the right track. Happy customers, technology that works, market leadership, good benefits, nice colleagues, manager accountability and the opportunity to grow all make up for a great workplace - if you are ready to work hard.
Cons
There has been some questionable decisions made in the past that are now corrected or at least on their way to be fixed. The only negative points I can think of would be the turbulent history, poor marketing and an outdated recruitment profile.
