Pros

Our team is very tight knit and supportive of one another. We provide emergent and supportive care after hours to our Hospice pts and caregivers and see ourselves as educators and teachers. Very fulfilling work.

Cons

Awareness of your feelings related to loss, suffering and death are important to examine and may be hard for some.
