Pros

Great small company where you can make a huge impact and grow within your role. Those with gritty tenacity seem to have the greatest level of success and opportunity. Must be willing to put in the work. That's not part of my job, role, or description attitude won't get you anywhere here. Really great place if you're comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting stuff done!

Cons

Small boot strapped team needing more resources and staff. We are small but mighty in most roles within the company which forces strong ownership, and can be risky.

Blue Sky eLearn consists of an energetic, talented and culturally diverse group with different skills, experiences, and perspectives. All are working together toward a common goal of making the company stronger and more successful. There is a real emphasis on maintaining a proper work/life balance which keeps employees refreshed and focused in their daily lives in and out of the workday. There are also opportunities to continue your education as well as plenty of social activities to participate in.

Cons

My Blue Sky eLearn shirt shrank and I wish I would have ordered it a size larger. I can't think of any other cons to mention.

- Great onboarding experience; I've been working remote for years, and this company has one of the best onboarding processes I've ever encountered. I knew before my first day what to expect, and my calendar was preloaded with relevant meetings and coffee chats. - The company communicated so well throughout the process, from initial contact through the first week and beyond. It never felt pushy; instead, it felt as though they were truly interested and engaged in the process.

Cons

- I'm new enough to this position that so far everything has been positive. No job or company is perfect, but I can't think of anything that should prevent anyone from applying to work for Blue Sky.
