      Pros

      Great company culture and company benefits. They do really cool work and the employees are dedicated to the work. Big improvements have been made recently to reduce undo work loads and promote work life balance.

      Cons

      Work life balance is still not 100% amazing. As the nature with many work places when things need to get out, they need to get out and you are expected to work the hours to make that happen.
