Pros

Started working for bluelink as customer service, then promoted to Team leader within 1 year. Trainings, both for agents and for management, are extremely well curated and organized, also there are funds to get certifications or Phd or College Master of your interest, colleagues are very friendly and honest, with a great vibe in the office. Remote work is not ostracized and the balance between work and personal life is respected with extreme diligence and precision, something that I appreciate a lot. If you can talk with people from all ages, nationalities and races then bluelink it'syour home

Cons

Meal vouchers become available after four months of employment, which may feel a bit delayed for new hires. While the benefits package is generous and very useful, the structure and logic behind some benefits can be difficult to understand at first.
