Mediocre benefits,
Management from recent acquisition forced out ALL of NOC Mgmt from Everstream, as they would not listen to a single suggestion.
Pay stagnant, overtime no longer allowed and looking to hire more people to fill holes.
People leaving at an accelerated rate, has brought more issues. This is due to changes and pay being stagnant while responsibilities essentially doubled with acquisition.
Training at this current moment has to be a nightmare, as we are loosely between multiple systems and seem to be still deciding how to move forward.
Zero conversation on compensation/opportunities for advancement with personal careers, alongside zero structure for internal advancement with the new company.
