      Pros

      The people are genuinely great! Friendly, supportive, and collaborative. There’s a real sense of teams working with each other rather than in silos, which is surprisingly rare and makes a huge difference day to day. Cross-functional collaboration is strong, and you feel like everyone is pulling in the same direction. The brand itself is beautiful and thoughtfully executed, and that extends to the offices, which are stylish, well-designed, and inspiring places to work. Overall, this is a forward-thinking company that takes time to make considered decisions rather than rushing, which creates a sense of confidence and trust in the leadership and direction of the business.

      Pros

      -The management team (director, head, and lead manager) are super supportive and approachable. -Good career progression – both myself and team have been promoted in the last couple of years -Good perks - the clothing allowance has saved me loads of money -Sample sales -Free toast, fruit, squash, coffee, and tea -Friendly team across all levels, making it a really nice place to work

      Cons

      -Time feels tight around major sign offs but outside of that work life balance is good
