      Pros

      -The assistants in the office are really helpful and encouraging. -The fridge is always stocked for any people in the office. -There is no unreasonable errand and interns choose to do what they want.

      Cons

      -It would be great if the company runs the paid internship!

      Bold has all the pieces to be a great company, however the individuals who run it are clueless about how to go about it.

      Laid back and casual working enviornment, friendly staff and co-workers, nice location, good office space, ok perks, decent working hours.

      Cons

      Horrible pay, bad benifits, terrible management and leadership, lack of quality structure or organization, failure to maintain proper HR practices.
