Pros

Bolt6 has an incredible culture, great work environment, and stellar leadership. There is plenty of room to grow for those who work hard and are passionate about sports and technology. All my coworkers are incredibly friendly and always willing to help each other out. Leadership makes sure that everyone sets goals to both better the company, and improve in areas that we want to improve on as people.

Cons

Hours are funky sometimes, but we work with some of the greatest sports' organizations in the world, and sports happen at weird times.

Pros

Innovative, driven company, with great relationships across professional sport Give employees responsibility, with support, to allow them to make the most of their career Personable team, good camaraderie, everyone cares about what they do and tries to do the best they Good benefits including working with MyndUp who provide tailored, 1 on 1, on demand counselling, coaching and mindfulness. Everyone is very straight talking - no office politics

Cons

Sports take place at weekends, so, depending on role, the working week can be different to the norm. If you want to make a difference in sport you can't really avoid weekends, though!
