Pros
Fast-paced and challenging environment. Flexible with schedule for doctor appointments or parents. Owner truly cares about his employees and sees us as family. Encourage continued education or supplemental courses.
Cons
Some co-workers difficult to work with. Accountability and corrective actions are non-existent for others not following company procedures and processes. Salary is below average. Cost of living increase not equal to market increases.
