Management truly cares about staff and about the pillars of BGH. I found that even across departments people work as an integral part of the same team. Nursing, Medical, Central Supply, Lab, even the kitchen -- We could count on each other in the work needed to keep the patient in the middle of all we do. And, I really felt like WE, as staff, were kept in the middle of management. Tami Feyen is by far, one of the finest people I have ever had the privilege to work with. You won't find a harder-working manager who will always to the extra mile for her people - anywhere.

Upper management keeps you informed, middle management is approachable, most employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. I wasn't pigeon holed, which meant that each day was different, and there was always something to learn which was very satisfying to me.
