Pros
It is very enjoyable and instructive to run a software development process using new technologies. Team spirit and teamwork is well above average. There is no end to rise here. Employees can easily prove themselves and climb the career ladder.
Cons
Live events do not accept errors, so systems have to run without errors. A lot of tests are done for the stable operation of the system. It slows down the software process.

Pros
Boomset is a good place to learn different aspects of a software product while working with friendly teammates in a warm setting. People are very collaborative and everybody is doing their best to help each other. It was truly a pleasure to be a part of the company's rise from a small startup to an important player in its industry.
Cons
Management could value people more rather than profits.
