      During job search, BD was most transformative aren’t about pay and most willing to meet my ask compared to other offers. Energy in the company is great, everyone seems motivated and committed to doing great work.

      Cons

      The company is growing rapidly, which won’t come without its pains. Biggest concern is that the culture is moving away from innovation and more towards production.
