      Pros

      The leaders of the company care about you as a person. The positive work environment and continual positivity is great to be around. Employee owned means I don't have to worry about having enough money for retirement. Growth mindsets thrive at BostonFAM and mediocrity isn't accepted.

      Best comissions in the industry. Smart and shrewd people in purchasing/marketing

      Weekends are mandatory. Health benefits are expensive. No 401K match. Service is very lacking
