Really nice people really cool give out lots of treats and goodies
Cons
favoritism is crazy, employees can fight argue scream at consumers and management with no consequence management has spefically said if you break the rules no sample bag for if I tell you that you don't get one then you,dont get one 0 room for advencment hours will get cut from one week to the next

Pros
-Gorgeous space. Large, roomy, and beautifully designed. The owners are perfectionists in every way, so they constantly want to redesign and improve the dispensary. -They only hire the best, so the people you get to work with are incredible. The entire staff truly became some of my best friends. -They want you to grow, and set up systems to help you become better. This can be an extra workload, but if you put a lot into it, you'll get a lot out of it. -They understand that mistakes happen.
Cons
-Long days, but if you're built for it, they can be exhilarating. -Boarders on micromanagement...but usually that is deserved, and occurs because you're not doing your job the best that you could. -No health insurance even for full-time employees (at the time when I was there. This may have changed.)
