      The culture is great. People are always willing to try something new to improve. It is also great to work with great technology that serves a greater purpose.

      Cons

      There is a lot of opportunity, which might be overwhelming for some.

      Pros

      Extremely interesting and captivating technology. Very competent and high performing software and hardware engineering teams. Wide breadth of semi-modern to modern technologies used providing amble opportunities to grow and learn. Very bright and optimistic future in their industry and market.

      Cons

      Not too much of an onboarding process. Positive feedback on performance, while it exists, is neither frequent nor emphasized. Communication between management and the engineering teams could be better.

      Pros

      Boulder Imaging works with our customers to tackle some of the hardest challenges they face. Smart people work here so we always succeed and make a huge impact. Even though I've been here a few years my learning and contributions continue to grow with each new project.

      Cons

      None really for me but I can understand why others may find fault. There's no place to hide and down days are far and few between.
