Pros
Small company. Loved working with all the people there. Plenty of room for advancement as the company is always growing and exploring new things. The owners are all easy to get along with and great to work with/for. Only left to explore an entirely new career path.
Cons
Health insurance little more expensive due to the smaller size of the company.

Pros
BRdata is a fun, supportive, collaborative, and innovative place to work. Over the last year the company has shown great dedication to the growth of their employees and company while improving their culture and operational efficiency. I am excited to be part of BRdata’s growth and learn about their new products.
Cons
Their software is very complex so it takes a while to learn the intricacies to be able to support it effectively. They are piloting new hands-on training modules and a mentorship program hopefully this helps.
