      Pros

      Bridgeall is a great company to work for. They genuinely care about the wellbeing of their employees. They give autonomy to do your job, they don’t micromanage. They are open to suggestions, listen to problems and take feedback on board. They are very supportive and everyone at Bridgeall is super friendly and helpful. Flexible working is an added plus.

      Great company to work for, plenty of benefits and good location

      Slightly unfocused departments, could do with delegation of work to leads (think this is in progress)

      Pros

      The staff are fantastic and a great company to work at. Great perks which include getting taken away on trips. The company are doing well and pay is good, including bonuses.

      Cons

      Slight lack of flexibility with a number of days working in the office (caveat: I didn’t particularly complain about it so cant say it was a big problem)
