The people are friendly and helpful. They care about the kids and have high standards to make sure the kids great services. Extensive training is provided.
Working with the children was incredible and I miss it dearly. I was very much in love with my job and was devastated to have to leave due to my treatment at this company.
Cons
Disorganized schedules, lack of communication, and an immense lack of adequate training. I was trained for approximately four days before being left in the dust to figure things out on my own. Management was not easily available for support, and when I was able to reach them, I often felt defeated, degraded, and devalued.
