      Pros

      Great technology, people, strategy to change the world with safe clean batteries. The company is makes really cool, flexible batteries that don't catch on fire. They take good care of their employees from all walks of life. People have pride in what they do and are treated with respect.

      Cons

      Wont be able to meet market demand wo adding new capacity.

      Location to work is pretty far from the city and there is no place to hangout after work.

      Great place to get your feet wet in the battery industry You can be involved in every level of the company because they listen to every ones ideas

      Cons

      Don't stay too long or you will learn bad habits The company has no direction, no leaders/mentors or employee development programs lots of infighting CEO doesn't know what is going on 2 or 3 people do 90% of the work
