The team is a great collaborative group and you feel less like a employee and more like a friend. Many of the owners for each building you work at can be amazing and helpful towards guiding a better environment. Board of Trustees can be very helpful.
Cons
Work environment can be stressful when handling large property projects. People will complain over the phone of charges that happened before you were ever employed. Just as people on your property can be nice they can certainly be rude as well.
