This is such a healthy, creative, kind environment. I think anyone would be lucky to work here. It's fun to work on different projects and explore different opportunities!

Cons

It can be hard to be remote but that is genuinely the only thing I would consider a con.

Brit + Co may be fully remote now, but the team is great! Collaborations happen over Slack and Zoom. Bi-weekly team syncs keep the team accountable and focused. Content opportunities are endless, and there's so much room for growth.

Cons

This place functions like a startup, which can be totally rewarding. But you need to be a hard-working individual to keep up!
