Pros
Great people. Great atmosphere. They take care of their employees and culture is important. Salary is competitive for the area, and the benefits are very good.
Cons
They are a small company. Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company is limited. They can be flexible in some areas but very inflexible in others. Problems with logistics in HR.

Pros
Friendly, tight-knit group that creates a good atmosphere and likes to be social as much as they like to get work done. Great quarterly bonus structure. Management staff are always willing to listen.
Cons
No vision or direction for their practice. No sales staff meant very few new opportunities, and there were many lulls in available work. Limited growth opportunities.
