Pros

* Values driven organisation - the values are tangible, living, breathing behaviors, driven from the top down * Impact work - knowing every day the work you do is tied directly/indirectly to saving patient lives * Innovative - working alongside teams building really powerful software that has the ability to change the way healthcare is down * Learning organisation - I feel like learning is driven so tangibly in the business, from PDP's and the masterclass library to Talk Time Tuesday and Friday Food for Thought * Transparency - our incredible CEO does monthly company wide open forum discussions, which include company updates, and the chance to ask him any questions at all! * The people - I love interacting with BroadReachers, there is a tangible energy and "something" about a BroadReacher that is really easy to identify *Recognition - this is something that is driven publicly with the company, there is even a platform where we can gift and earn redeemable points for recognizing colleagues and being recognized by colleagues I could go on and on, truly this is the best company I have ever worked for (with!) and I've never been happier, or more fulfilled in a role.

Cons

This is a tough one, not very many cons. Sometimes when working on projects/tasks with our US teams, working with different time zones can create complexity, but it's not anything prohibitive. We work hard, with lean teams, but when you know (and are constantly shown) the value of the work you do, it makes it all worth it.
