Overall my experience has been great. The culture and atmosphere within the team has been amazing and had made me feel very welcome. This made the entire process so much better and more enjoyable. Everyone works together and are happy to help out and want to see each other succeed. Great training plan and great level of support from senior colleagues and managers. I was very excited to start and it has still exceeded expectations.

Whatever your goals are in recruitment, Broadgate Search provides the environment to surpass them. BGS invests in the people that work for them, ensuring that everyone is provided with the training, support, and technology required to improve themselves and their performance. Despite spending my first three months working remotely, I have been blown away by the support network that exists at BGS to ensure I hit the ground running.
