      Pros

      Everyone is super-helpful and humble. I am encouraged to ask questions and it is ok to "not know" things. The team all works together to make sure the tasks are completed as efficiently as possible. I couldn't ask for a better gig.

      Cons

      Really difficult code base. Pretty steep learning curve (but this is well-noted, so there is no issue with the time necessary to get your feet underneath you.)
