Pros

Broadsign empowers its employees like no other business I've ever worked for. They do this by providing unparalleled flexibility, autonomy and support.

Cons

I'm not Montreal-based, so working from a satellite office can mean less career development opportunities and less engagement with the wider business. This isn't necessarily a criticism of Broadsign, rather one of the downsides of satellite offices in general. Working for a truly global business also means that early starts and late finishes are commonplace.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! We totally understand your concerns about the lack of social engagement at our satellite offices. That being said, we are SO excited for this year's Global Employee Summit hosted in Montreal, and can't wait to see you there!
