      Pros

      Autonomy in the workplace. Responsibility is with the consultant as to how much they want to learn and grow. Great team and supportive managers. Working towards a WFH model. Flexibility. Fun team.

      Cons

      No doubt it is busy, but very fulfilling. If you are not resilient, you probably wont last. IT/systems needs to be upgraded.

      Pros

      My boss in Houston, Texas is very, very, very supportive, love him so much! He is very considerate, not condescending and very respectful, he listens to each employee, and if any concerns he has a listening ears, not judgmental. His goal is to earn good camaraderie not to lose any employee at all means, and will protect you. I am blessed to still be with them, and thankful for the entire leadership they know how to take care of employees. In return, I work quite hard for the success of this company, that is why 85 years and still rocking!
