Pros

Incredibly smart and hard-working team that brings a strong sense of working together towards a common goal.

Cons

Being a small organization, Broadtree moves quickly, which while generally a positive can sometimes introduce uncertainty and requires a comfort working with ambiguity.

Pros

Fast growing ETA-focused PE shop. Great people and network. Strong diversity of background and thought. Very welcoming. Very accomplished, especially for a relatively young company and team. Able to think outside of the box on deals that other firms would pass on. Would not want to work anywhere else in this industry.
