      Pros

      Very supportive work environment with plenty of experience to be gained, Voluntary Over-time, Benefits med, vision, and dental are top notch and the company incentive programs like Bron Better Brain: where the company helps pay for education, are unheard of anywhere else. Also the pay is excellent and for hourly it is significantly higher than most jobs in the area.

      Mandatory Over-time can sometimes afflict my schedule.
