The community is supportive and fast in resolving disputes when there is any. It allows you to work two jobs, one full-time and one part-time.

Cons

You're not eligible for tendo pay when you're working part-time.

Pros

BruntWork has an excellent support system. My SSP and lead SSP are always approachable, responsive, and genuinely care about how we’re doing. The management is organized, and communication is clear. I feel valued, well-guided, and truly supported in my role. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else, and I’m very thankful for the opportunity.

Cons

None so far. Everything has been smooth and well-structured.
