      Buckelew Programs is a mental health service agency which focuses on their clients and employees in a whole-hearted manner. There's always someone there to help where it's needed. Highly recommend!

      Pay is always a concern with nonprofits.

      Lots of variety, no two days are the same, ability to make a difference in someones life, professional development, great benefits and PTO, good schedule with opportunity for overtime, understanding and caring manager

      Staffing shortages at times, stress can be high with some clients, new computer systems require learning curve, retirement plan needs better funding
