I have been with the company about a year now. When I started I didn't have tons of experience in the position. I have grown and learned so much thanks to the training and the owner. The owner answers any questions I may have, helps me be better at the position, and treats me as an equal. I honestly work with an amazing group of people that help me learn and gown every day. The environment is fun and upbeat! There is tons of room for growth and opportunity. In the time I have been here I have been promoted and advanced. I can't see my self any where else!

I have been working at BCS for about a year and a half now and I find it to be a challenging positive environment. The pay structure is more than fair. Collections is a production business, you can't just sit on your behind and hope the money will just come to you. If you do your job the way you are trained, you will collect money and earn very nice bonus and commission on top of your base pay. No games, hit and exceed your goal and you get commission. The goal doesn't change month to month like other agencies who will raise your goal after you have a successful month. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants an opportunity to be paid commensurate with the effort they put in.
