In a nutshell, this is a no-nonsense company. If you do the job right, you take initiative and you can handle multitasking with a smile, there is plenty of work and you are sure to stay on board and move upwards relatively fast. The office space is beautiful and the product outstanding. The CEO is very hands on, has an open door policy and addresses issues immediately. Morning staff meetings always serve breakfast on the house for office and warehouse personnel.

Cons

If you are not motivated and just want to blend in looking like you're working but not doing anything productive, this is not the place to be. Upper management is strict on this and you will get busted. No chance of pulling a fast one here.

It is a good work environment. The people are friendly and everyone is always willing to help when you're busy. Team work is phenomenal. The CEO is very dedicated and wants to make her employees happy. If you are a hard worker; it does not go unnoticed.

Cons

Lunch break is 30 minutes.
