      Pros

      Great company to work in a long term. Very competitive compensation - high salaries and generous bonus. Good benefits including comprehensive health insurance, home office setup expenses and monthly internet expense coverage. But the best part is work from home and absence of work-related pressure. Very nice work-life balance with opportunities to work from other countries, work flexible hours and have mid-day breaks.

      Cons

      Bad communication between teams and departments. No parental leave or any other parental support.
