Pros

An agency full of talent, I work with the best people I've ever met. The agency is really social too- the people are probably the best thing about the agency, lots of us have made life-long friends. The clients are lovely too, and lots of them are open to pushing the boundaries and doing experimental work.

Cons

Being apart for so long over covid has been difficult, but more people are coming in to the office now and we also have socials to make sure we get to see eachother.

- fantastic team - great office with good perks - supportive and encouraging managers - company moving at a fast pace - great training opportunities - fun team socials - everyone looks out for each other

Cons

- role structure felt quite limiting but I understand this has since changed and been addressed - flexible working opportunity wasn’t encouraged (but again this has since changed!!)

- complete transparency about the business throughout COVID times - truly committed to becoming a more equal and more diverse organisation which is backed up by actions and not just words! - honestly care about you and your wellbeing - again, proven by actions not just words - great mix of clients - clear paths for progression - staff are friends not just colleagues (I've made friends for life working here!) - lots of fun activities and socials - give you the freedom to be creative and approach projects in your own way

Cons

- Due to a number of successful client wins (no bad thing) it can sometimes feel very busy and that there is no room for unplanned changes. However, there is an active effort to improve this through new hires!
