The cabinetry is a great product and easy to sell. The company started with good design philosophies that made for great kitchens. There was some flexibility in work schedule.
Cons
Corporate keeps an iron fist on most showrooms and creates lots of red-tape to getting commissions. There's a high turn-over rate in an effort to keep compensation down. The subsequent generations of cabinetry design were harder to design with and harder to sell.
