- Supportive, friendly people to surround yourself with. The camaraderie between teammates is true and a highlight of each, and every, day. - Opinions and ideas are very welcomed and encouraged for any area of the business, no matter your particular ‘field’.

Cons

- Change happens quickly in a growing environment, and job roles and responsibilities can be fluid. You need a self-starting willingness remain flexible and accept that your responsibilities will change to match the business – expect to be stretched outside of your traditional ‘job description’.
